Demo: Instant Person Search with Face Recognition on a Mobile Device

This demo shows how to find missing persons and suspects using a mobile device. Subject to his/her permissions, the IREX web interface and the PWA let the user to:

  • Upload a photo from the gallery or camera of your mobile device
  • Search a person by photo across all city cameras
  • Search a person by photo across all databases (e.g. missing people, convicted criminals)
  • Locate the person on the world map and floor plans
  • Play evidence video containing the person with zoom and other forensic tools
  • Save evidence photos and videos to your mobile device
  • Share and evidence photos and videos by email or messenger

The IREX web interface is adaptive to different screen sizes i.e. desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
